By connecting with us early in the process, we collaborated on a brand charrette, a three-hour workshop where developers, architects, interior designers and several Yellow Duck team members gathered to create a vision for the community, which had a relaxed New Orleans-type vibe with front porches. Following the charrette, we brainstormed names and Ram chose the name Everly, which reflected the timeless, tranquil feel they wanted to create for the community. We developed logos, color stories, signage mockups, taglines and brand positioning, culminating in a brand book.
Since then, we’ve worked on several more apartment branding projects for Ram, including The Perch in Charlotte’s emerging FreeMoreWest neighborhood; Wye Junction, a former industrial site in downtown Durham; and Bask, in Charlotte’s suburban Steele Creek.
To bring the brands to life, we’ve designed temporary construction banners, permanent blade signs and site maps, as well as public relations to announce the new communities. We have worked with Ram on collateral and digital products to ensure quick lease-up.
