The branding process began with immersive Synergy Map and Design Charrette workshops, where development, architectural, and design teams explored each neighborhood’s unique character and needs. The result is a collection of multifamily developments that don’t just exist within their communities – they enhance them, offering tailored amenities and experiences that resonate with local culture and lifestyle preferences.
CHARRETTE + BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Together with the development, architectural and design teams, we toured the immediate surrounding community, evaluated the respective market’s competitive set, target renter personas and area attractions and amenities to identify key areas of opportunity the Broadstone community should serve. Out of each workshop, a clear and tangible design vision and accompanying brand direction was developed. Yellow Duck Marketing then designed a cohesive and beautiful takeaway Brand Vision document for the development team to use and acts as a guide for the overall branding development, logo design and future marketing elements moving forward. The result was a Platinum Hermes Award-winning brand book that complements it’s inspired and beautiful community!
Website Design
Yellow Duck designed and developed landing pages to help the project teams collect leads and gather interest in a streamlined way. The Ducks then designed and managed the build of a Jonah(R) Digital website to help translate the brand application within the Jonah website environment and support the development and property management teams get off to a great start with lease up.
