Catalyst Capital Partners develops multifamily, mixed use and commercial properties around the Southeast. Catalyst procured a 55+ acre tract of land in a prime location in West Asheville with the vision of building a community that has something for everyone, complete with beautiful Blue Ridge views.

RiverBlue will be a lush, outdoor centric development of three unique apartment home communities with central gathering and event spaces, a cafe, nature-based playgrounds, walking trails, and more on site.

Brand Design

Yellow Duck worked with Catalyst on visioning exercises that led to helping name the masterplan development, RiverBlue, and the communities on site, Hominy at RiverBlue, The Archer at RiverBlue and a 55+ Active Adult Community. The Ducks created brands and accompanying websites and construction signage that helped convey the unique and thoughtful plans for this inspired community.

Website Design

Yellow Duck designed and developed landing pages to help the project teams collect leads and gather interest in a streamlined way. The Ducks then designed and managed the build of a Jonah(R) Digital website to help translate the brand application within the Jonah website environment and support the development and property management teams get off to a great start with lease up.
