“GroundWork” charrettes / real estate vision sessions
Our “GroundWork” process is a charrette or collaborative workshop that brings different stakeholders together and is critical to codify the vision and brand definement. Relevant especially for real estate projects ranging from multifamily to hotels to commercial development, but it can also be adapted to use for corporate branding or core value definition.
Who’s included? A charrette often includes developers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, property/general managers, investors/partners, and the branding/marketing team. Don’t have an architecture/design team? No problem- we have some trusted partners in the industry who are leaders!
How long are the sessions? This discovery and visioning session sets the stage for what the development will become and could last a few hours to several days. When the marketing team is brought in early, we can help guide the conversations so the brand’s direction is clear from the start.
What are the deliverables? We can provide a charrette recap document that summarizes the discussion or conclusions from the charrette especially if there is a gap in time between development and branding. However, often we jump right into naming, branding and copywriting which culminates in a gorgeous brand book that includes brand positioning, themes, photos, styles, voice, copy, fonts, colors, patterns and logo standards.
